-
We are suspending our Travel by Design WordPress blog due to a recent infection of our main wesbite. This hacking attack has been linked to WordPress sites and apparantly sites that are hosted by Network Solutions.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

That incident is unrelated to WordPress.com or WordPress open source software vulnerability.

I can view your blog using Firefox 3.6.3 and I use Google toolbar for translation.
A life to learn …
A lifetime, only one life …Every time support Staff deal with an issue they need to know:
1. your browser
2. your browser version
3. your FULL blog address of the blog in question (not the blog name, the actual url that begins http:// Please note: there is no “www” in any wordpress.com url)
4. your FULL username
5. your role (Administrator, Editor, Author, Contributor)
6. the email address that you registered at wordpress.com with for the blog in question
7. and a very good description of the exact problem* I did:
* I saw:
* I expected:8. If the problem is with a specific page, post or image then Staff needs the url for whichever is in question.
9. If the problem occurred when following instruction in support documentation then a link to it is helpful.
Relying only on email and not having a ticketing system would simply result in Staff getting vague and sketchy descriptions, so they have to keep dragging out ALL of the relevant information by sending repeated emails to the you. Only then, can they can start examining solutions.
In this case please provide the following additional information:
1. A detailed list For Staff of the things you feel are indications that your blog has been “hacked”.2. Are you the only user (Administrator) of the blog or are there other official users with Admin access to the blog? If there are other users please provide Staff with their details.
3. Who have you shared your blog log-in information with?
4. Where is your blog login information kept and who has access to it?
5. Is your password “weak” or “strong”? Have you used a password that others reading your blog could have guessed?
6. Did you change your password to a strong one immediately after you suspected the blog had been accessed by someone else?
