    The account you’re using to post here doesn’t have any recent charges – the last payment you made to us was in 2016, for an upgrade that has long since expired and been removed from your account.

    If you were charged for an upgrade on a site in a different account, please log in as that account and reply here to confirm.

    If you’re not sure what site or account the charge is for, please search for the charge at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/. You can also use the Contact Us link on that page to contact our billing support team directly for further help with this – to track down the transaction we’ll need to get some additional information from you which we cannot discuss here in the public forums.
