Recent Post column showing up twice on my homepage

I have asked support for an answer to this question four times and cannot receive a response. I have “Recent Posts” showing up on my home page twice. One column has it showing the 10 most recent posts. Below that is the “Pages.” The column to the right of that has it showing up again, with the Five most recent posts.
Can someone please help me as the WordPress Support won’t answer. Any help would be greatly appreciated and thank you!

That is your Recent Posts widget. You can remove it from Appearance -> Widgets in your blog’s Dashboard.
