Recent post did not share on social media

  I posted a blog yesterday which did not share on my FB page. It usually does. I went into settings and it all looks right. How did I get a back post to share on FB?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi,

  You may have Facebook disconnected. Can you please go to your settings and see if there is an error. Then, if there is, please tell us :)

  Go to: My Sites > Sharing > Look at the “Facebook Icon”

  Nope, it is connected.
  Is there a way I can share a previous post?

  Hi,

  Unfortunately not that i know of. You can create a new blog post and copy the post to share it on Facebook automatically if you’ve fixed the issue:

  My Sites > Add-Blog Post > Settings (Gear Icon) > More Options > “Select a Post to copy” > Publish

  Then please check it. Tell me if you see a difference.

  Done and on the right side it says- sharing Facebook. Hopefully that works. Thank you.

  Hope you don’t mind me jumping in here: just to add, before publishing a new post, make sure that the Sharing box is checked in the Post Editor of the post you wanted to publicize. If it is and the post still fails to publicize, you can also try disconnecting and then reconnecting the connection following the information in this guide: https://en.support.wordpress.com/publicize/

  If you want to share an already published post that failed to publicize, you could also use your post’s FB Sharing button to do so rather than republishing the post. (Additionally mentioning that both the Premium and Business plans have another option to re-publicize already published posts.)
