  Can’t figure out how to delete ‘recent posts’ setting on home page (Ixion theme)

  Hi there,

  There is not a direct setting you can use to turn off that section (which is hard-coded into the Ixion theme) but you can hide it using the custom CSS option included in your WordPress.com Premium Plan

  You can do that here, under the Additional CSS tab on the left:
  https://wordpress.com/customize/islandverse.news.blog/

  When you get there you will see a text box with some text in it. Create a new (blank) line, and paste in the following custom CSS code:

  div#front-page-recent-posts {
      display: none;
  }
