Recent posts not at top

  I’m having two issues with the display of my posts.

  First, my most recent posts aren’t displaying at the top of the page. The original portfolio shows up first and it goes chronologically from there with the most recent post showing at the bottom. I understand the theme is supposed to work the other way around.

  Secondly, how do I get it to display three tiles in a row rather than just two?

  Any help is appreciated. Thanks
