Recent purchase plan

    I recently purchased a personal plan which said the domain will be free for one year. However, i was still asked to initiate the payment. I made the payment with the assumption that it is for the second year.

    Is the custom domain name not free with the personal plan as it was mentioned?

    The domain is free for the first year, but you still have to payfor the plan itself.

    I see you got signed up with the Personal plan for your site and registered hertraveltales.com as your free domain. Can you clarify where you were asked to pay for the domain?

    The only purchase I see on your account is for the Personal plan as mentioned by @staartmees. You should be all set to use your new site and domain. Please let us know how we can assist you further!
