Recently changed form messages page to not show IP addresses

  Wordpress recently changed the format of the form messages page to not show the IP address for each response. How can we view that on the website again? Is there a setting we can change back? I know it is in the email we receive from the form response, but it was very convenient to have all of them in one place.

  Are you referring to email notifications as they come through via email, or when looking at the entries via Dashboard > Feedback?
