Recently created site is not appearing under ‘My Site’ section
-
Hi. It’s been four days since my wife started creating a blog/website on WordPress.com. She has asked me to assist her in finishing the site, however, when I click on the ‘My Site’ button the resulting window says that there are no sites under her account. But there is indeed an operating site (see ‘https://moniquescamino.com/’) and a charge was promptly posted against our credit card. Please either help me fix this issue in next 24 hours or refund our $48 and we’ll go with another provider. Thank you. Jay (and Monique)

WordPress.COM sites are solely owned by the username accounts that registered them.
You have to be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard. The Admin login link to the dashboard for every blog hosted by wordpress.COM is:
http://NAME_OF_BLOG.wordpress.com/wp-admin/
* You will have to replace “name_of_blog” with the actual blog’s name in that URL.
I recommend bookmarking that link or memorizing it.
You can update your email address here https://wordpress.com/me
If you are not logged in under the correct WordPress.COM username account then clear your browser cache https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache and cookies https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-wordpress-com-cookies prior to logging into another account
If you did not register the site under your username account and do not have the required access, then you need to contact the person who registered the account and site under it, and have them act or transfer the site to your username account by using this process. http://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-a-blog/#transferring-your-blog-to-another-user-or-account
If the login information has been lost go to
If you check each and every possible email address and account and are not successfully gaining access to the blog(s) then you must complete the form for account recovery at this link https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery and submit it to the Account Recovery Staff, and provide proof ownership, so they can contact you by email ie. not on these public support forums, which are available to everyone with internet access.
Support Staff cannot breach the privacy policy and provide the log-in information. You have to provide proof ownership to Account Recovery Staff to gain access https://en.support.wordpress.com/account-recovery/

Login information is never shared. Doing that leads to deleted sites when people have disagreements. The same is true if more than one Admin is created for a site.
If the person with the username account that registered the site wishes to provide you with access to the site they must issue an invitation to add you as an official user. Direct them to these support docs for details:
https://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/
https://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#adding-users-to-your-site
https://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#adding-viewers-to-a-private-siteIf the person being invited to contribute to your blog does not already have one, he or she will have to register a WordPress.COM username account. He or she does not need to register a site. Upon receipt of the invitation, the invitee will need to click the “Accept Invitation” button in the invitation email. If the invitee is logged into their WordPress.com username account, he or she will be taken directly to your site. If not, he or she will be taken to the log-in screen, where he or she can either log in, or can register a new WordPress.COM user account.
The invitees need to be logged into their WordPress.com account prior to clicking the “Accept Invitation” link.
Invitees who do create a new WordPress.com account at that point will still need to return to the invitation email and click the “Accept Invitation” button after doing so.
Note:
The number 10 is the number of outstanding invitations you can have at any point in time. That limitation is a spammer prevention measure. Wait until the invitees have registered and then send out 10 more. -
Please have the owner of the site login here and I will type modlook into the sidebar tags on this thread for a Staff follow-up. How do I get a Moderator/Staff reply for my question? https://en.support.wordpress.com/getting-help-in-the-forums/#how-do-i-get-a-moderatorstaff-reply-for-my-question

Hi there,
As what account is your wife logging in? That domain was bought by the mammamiajoy username account, so you need to be logged into that account to access that site.
The account you’re using to post here, moniquethorman, was created a few hour after that domain had already been registered, and this account does not own any sites on WordPress.com.
