  Hello, is it possible to get my domain name back (www.paperyogaseed.com). I understand I will need to pay a late fee? Grateful for advice.

  This is a new account that couldn’t have owned the domain in the past, but the domain itself appears to be available to buy again.

  To also recover the content on the site, try logging in as nikidedomenico instead of this new profile?

  Hi, yes I closed my old account and re-opened a new account, hoping I could get my old domain name back. I would like to create new content, so I am not worried about recovering the content.

  I am unable to proceed with a new site using http://www.paperyogaseed.com. But I get an error note explaining it recently expired and to contact Support to get it back.

  I’ve tagged this with modlook so they can help you. The error is likely because it was in use under a different username.

  Hi @hithereniki, this wasn’t very recent. The domain is already through redemption and can be purchased again at regular price.

  If it’s not letting you buy the domain, could you go ahead and buy the plan you want, and not use the domain credit? Then update us here. We’ll see if we can sort out the issue with the name.

  I just wanted to note we’ve been able to add this domain to a cart without any issues. Can you let us know where you’re seeing the error?
