Recently expired domain name renewal

  My domain name expired 5 days ago. I believe it was previously on an auto renewal, but for some reason wasn’t this year. Unfortunately the warning emails will filtered so that I didn’t see them in time. There is no option to renew in store and the I can’t find a simple contact request to rectify this issue. Please direct.

  Thank you for the swift response. Yes, I’d read this link. According to this I should be with in the estimated two week grace period. Unfortunately, there is no renewal link and the support request takes me here.

  You need to be logged in as the EXACT account / user that owns an Upgrade to renew it.

  Is there another account you might have used to purchase the domain?
