Recently inserted pictures displayed with ragged bottom

  The last few pictures I’ve inserted into posts have had the bottoms clipped off in a ragged fashion as though they were torn out of a magazine. Does anyone know if this is a new bug or a temporary glitch?

  Thanks. I uploaded pictures multiple times and once that started happening with a picture, it never loaded properly.

  Hi Malcolm,

  Please note that seems like the original image you uploaded has this jagged bottom as seen here:

  

  If you look in your Media > Library, the image itself has the white jagged bottom. Please upload the full version (with the jagged bottom) and you will be able to see it on your site.

  If the full image was uploaded and the jagged bottom was added afterwards, let me know and you can email me the image directly from your computer so that I try uploading it myself.

  Thanks for checking. I’ll look at the settings on my screen capture program to see how they got changed to create that effect.
