Recently migrated to Shopify but still need access to WordPress Backend

Hi,
I recently pointed my primary domain name on Shopify. I still need access to my existing server admin to access my site, orders, customers, etc. Are you able to help me gain access to the the WordPress backend?
All of the admins for our site would need to be able to access it in order to make some changes.

It was momentarily working for one of our admins but I think now that the changes have gone live nobody can access it now. Thanks for looking into this.

Hi there,
It looks like your site was not hosted with us on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress software at another hosting provider.
You’ll need to contact that hosting provider directly for help accessing your site’s dashboard: By pointing your domain away from them to Shopify, you’ve disconnected your site from the address you used to access it. So you’ll need to connect it to a different address you can use now instead – either a staging domain your host can provide to you, or you can create a subdomain on your existing domain, and point that to the WordPress site.
Your host will be advise you on what option they recommend for this.
