Recently moved to Kajabi, now can’t access WordPress Dashboard
-
Hi there,
I recently switched to Kajabi from WordPress, including hosting etc.I recently tried to login into my WordPress Site, but am now being met with an ‘Invalid Request’ message.
I appreciate this could be due to the fact the domain no longer points at the wordpress site, however, I need to recover some aspects from the old site.
For example, we had a calorie calculator built with custom code, which to access, we would need to be able to login to the wordpress dashboard.
How do you suggest I go about solving this issue?
Thank you in advance.

Hi there!
I checked our records and noticed that the site betterbodycollective.com was not hosted by us here at WordPress.com. This means if you need to recover anything from the site, you’ll need to contact your previous host. Do you remember who that is?
We aren’t able to help with that because your site uses the WordPress.org software and is/was hosted elsewhere. We primarily provide support for WordPress.com sites on this forum. There are some differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org. If you aren’t sure about them, please check the following page that explains it well: WordPress.com vs WordPress.org.
In this case, please reach out to your previous hosting service provider as they can help you with this. For general help with your WordPress.org site, you can also post on the WordPress.org community support forum here: https://wordpress.org/support/forums
Regards
