Recently paid for url lvillephoto.com and can not access blog

    Log on to my account and can no longer edit class blog site

    Hi there,

    According to Whois, the domain, lvillephoto.com, does not exist, and there’s no such domain registered with us on WordPress.com.

    Can you please double check the domain name?

    The WordPress.com account you’re using to post here has never bought anything from us.

    I’ve been away for a couple of days. Really appreciate your help!

    Two things have recently occurred … I had to reformat my hard drive and lost all of my saved passwords and I failed to renew my some of my url addresses with an updated card number.

    When I click on my bookmarks, I’m asked to log in or visit site …
    https://wordpress.com/log-in?site=lvilledesign.org&redirect_to=%2Fview%2Flvilledesign.org

    If I select visit site … I can see my sites
    https://lvilledesign.org/
    https://lvillephoto.org/
    https://lvilleart.org/

    Also, I can see the new photography sites started this summer …

    https://brodie.photo.blog/

    When I started working at a new school, I created all of these sites with a new account using my new email address … (email visible only to moderators and staff) When I attempted to log back on with this email address, I was given a new user name Rex Brodie @rbrodie6160e04ff. When I’m logged in and click on my saved links, I am now told that “You don’t have any WordPress sites yet.”

    Sooo … I’m logged on to a new account and I don’t remember my previous user name. And yes, I realize that I have way too many different accounts and need to be more attentive to saving my passwords and user names.

    A lot of effort went into creating these sites and I’d hate to start over. Especially since school about to begin!

    Please don’t post sensitive financial and transaction info in the forums. These forums are public, which means anyone with an internet connection can see it and even find it via a Google Search.

    The account you’re using to post here now, rbrodie6160e04ff0, was created two days ago, and does not own any sites.

    The sites in question all belong to a different account, and you need to log into that account to access them. That account is not associated with the email address you gave above, as it’s impossible for two accounts on WordPress.com to be using the same email address.

    I cannot give any more information here as this is a public forum. I’m following up via email at the address connected to your rbrodie6160e04ff0 account.
