On June 3rd, I renewed my domain and my wordpress.com personal accts. and received an email stating that. I’ve logged into my acct at wordpress.com and no domain shows up. It says I don’t have any. When I searched for it it shows up as registered at WordPress.com. I don’t know how to get this fixed since I can’t get an actual person to ask. Hopefully I will by doing it this way. I’ve been with WordPress since 2010!

    Thank you,

    Linda

    Hi there @l1ndave,

I can imagine how concerning it must be to not see your domain in your account, especially after renewing it.

I checked on my end and your domain lindavesadventures.com does appear to be active and connected to your WordPress.com account. To manage it, please use this direct link:

You’ve been with us since 2010, and we truly value the time you’ve spent building your site here. Let me know if you’re able to see the domain listed. If not, I’ll be happy to investigate further and make sure everything’s working as it should.|

I look forward to your reply so I can help you further.

Interestingly enough, right after I posted this, I noticed a red dot next to the bell at the top of the page (notifications). I clicked on it and it said something about cookies and the pages. I went to Firefox and put my web addy in as an exception and voila! There was all my info again. Very strange and extremely coincidental, but glad it’s back now. I thank you for your quick response to my question though!

    Hi there @l1ndave,

Thanks for the update—I’m really glad to hear everything’s showing up again on your end.

It does sound like it may have been a browser-related issue, especially with how cookies and site permissions were handled. Adding your site as an exception in Firefox was a great move, and I’m happy to hear that brought your info back.

And of course, feel free to reach out any time!
