Recently taken over site / account

    Hello. Hope someone can help. We recently took over a wordpress.com website and the account. We have renewed the billing settings so that the business account was active so hoped the website would be live again with the domain name mckeangardner.co.uk (nameservers are correct). However the site is still down and showing a security issue – possible down to an expired SSL? What steps are required to get the site live again?

    The site I need help with is mckeangardner.wpcomstaging.com. It is not hosted by WordPress.com, but it is connected with Jetpack.

    Hi Euan,

    That domain used to be connected here, but the Business Plan and domain mapping upgrade expired and was removed from your account on 1 May.

    I’m sending you a link via email that you can use to pay for the plan’s renewal. Please let us know here once you’ve completed payment. Then we can restore the plan and domain mapping upgrade for you – in this case we’ll need to do this manually.

    Thanks for letting us know you’ve completed the payment.
    I have added the Business plan and the domain mapping back to your account, so everything should be working as expected now.

    Bear in mind, though, that the subscriptions were added manually, and so you will need to add a payment method if you’d like them to auto-renew next year: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing.
