recently updated impreza theme

  Hi I recently updated a lot of plugins and the wordpress version to the latest versions, the impreza version we had installed had a different front end page builder, now it has WPBakery but this will not install it says The plugin does not have a valid header. Can you help me with this? the pages also keep coming up with [vc_empty_space]. Thank you.

  Thanks for the reply, it is http://www.loudapplauserisingstars.co.uk the theme was updated and it has a new page builder that will not install.

  It appears that your website uses the self-hosted version of WordPress rather than WordPress.com, which is what this forum is designed to help with. Note the difference here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  You may be able to find help here: https://wordpress.org/support/ or alternatively contact your hosting provider.
