Recently using the featured image does not work – can you help ?

  Although I upload the images – follow all instructions to make them a featured image it no longer works. Posts that used to have an image as a feature image (not the main one I use) are now no longer featuring those omages even though it says they are. I have tried taking the images off – reloading them – still doesn’t work. They still display the main image on every page rather than the specific one I want for that post. HELP…

  Can you point me to some specific posts where you are having this issue? That will help me troubleshoot what is going on.
