recieving payments

I did 2 test purchases on my site with a credit card one yesterday and one today, woocommerce says payment went through, but I havent recieved either payment in the bank I set up for this account. Where do I get help for this, nor did I get email notifications for my orders. What am I missing?

Was this through WooCommerce Payments, or another payment gateway plugin?
If it was through WooCommerce Payments, please contact WooCommerce support directly at https://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticket/
For another payment gateway, please contact support at the payment processor in question directly, via your merchant account at that payment processor.
