Recipe database plugin

I would like to request a plugin for bloggers to post recipes similar to the plugin for WP.org called GetMeCooking Recipe Template. I would also like to suggest that it extend beyond food as I want to post recipes for lip balms, soaps, sanitizer, etc.

On WordPress.com, you can use shortcodes to embed a recipe with consistent formatting, basic metadata, and an option to print. See here http://en.support.wordpress.com/recipes/
There is no FTP access and no blogger installed plugin capability on any free hosted WordPress.COM blogs and there is no upgrade you can purchase here that changes that reality.

WordPress.org offers free software that you can install on a web server. You can upload and install themes and plugins, run ads, conduct ecommerce and edit the database.
