Recipe Not Showing

  I currently have a self-hosted blog: thisautoimmunelife.com. I am switching over to a free wordpress.com site and have exported my content to http://www.thisautoimmunelife.wordpress.com. I have a recipe card plugin on my self-hosted site where I type all of my recipes. In the free site the recipes are not showing up because there is no plugin for that. What can I do to make the recipes show up in the free site?
