  How can I upload it to my Plug In’s. I dont think I am self hosted as I bought the domain name from IPage.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  a) Only the Business Plan has the possibility to add Google Analytics as an additional plugin. Otherwise we cannot add to the plugins that are already built in to the WordPress.com platform.

  b) You don’t need that plugin for recipes on WordPress.com, see here:
