Recipe Short code help

    Hi I have been using the recipe shortcode on my blog and I love it! I have 2 things I am wondering if there is a way to change though.

    Is it possible to change the categories “Servings”, “Time” and “Difficulty” to all lowercase? I have typed them in lower case, but when you view it they still come up with a capital.

    Also, when you go to the print view there is a spot at the bottom that says ‘about:blank’ is there a way to put other text there instead? I would like to put my url there.
