Recipe short code – print function not working
-
Hi there, I am using the new recipe short code feature, but am finding that the Print function doest work. When I click on ‘print’ it simply scrolls to the top of the post. Some of my friends are finding the same problem when they attempt to print from their computers.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there!
Sorry for the delay! I’ve just asked our Themes Team to check in with the designer of this theme about how long they expect the fix to take. I’ll update you as soon as I hear back!
Thanks so much for your patience with this! I know it can be really frustrating when your theme doesn’t work quite right. :)

Thanks for your reply Shawna, hopefully we get a fix soon.
I’m actually experiencing two other problems with the theme. The Archive page has disappeared from my blog. It is still present in my dashboard, and I haven’t changed anything, so I’m not sure what’s going on. The other issue relates to the email sign-up widget, which isn’t displaying the field for people to add their email address. If they just hit “Sign me up” the subscription fails.
There used to be a Moka support forum where you could contact the developer directly for assistance, but that seems to have disappeared – could you confirm this or send me the link if it is still there? I would have contacted the developer directly about all of these issues if I could find the forum…
Thanks for your assistance
Cheers

Hi Chez!
The Moka forum is still around! You can find it here:
http://premium-themes.forums.wordpress.com/forum/moka
I just took a look at your site. I see what you mean by Archives being missing. I’m not sure why that happened, but you can add it back to your menu through Appearance > Menus. Just select the Archives page and click ‘Add to Menu’. Make sure you save the changes to your menu!
And here’s what the email signup widget looks like when I’m logged into my WordPress.com account:
You don’t need to input an email address when you’re logged in because we already know who you are and have an email address associated with your account! But when I’m not logged in, this is what I’ll see:
There’s a little text box when I’m not logged in so that I can input my email address.
Does that clear things up? Let me know how else I can help! :)

Hi Chez!
I just wanted to update you quickly. The theme designer pushed an update, but it didn’t seem to fully correct the problem. We’ve asked them to take another look!

Hi Chez,
It looks like this issue should be fixed now! Please let us know if you have further problems.
Cheers,
Caroline
