Recipe shortcode not working

  I tried using the recipe short code as directed on the wordpress site and it didn’t work. All you see is the short code I entered, it didn’t actually alter the view of my recipe. I’m planning on posting this on Friday 3/24/17 so if we could get this fixed before then that’d be great! This is what I entered that didn’t work:
  [recipe Title='The Best Chocolate Cake of Your Life' Servings='10-16' Prep Time='35 mins' Cook Time='45 mins']
  My ingredients, directions, etc in bullet point and numbered format went here.
  [/recipe]
