Recipients can’t bring up my blog on their cell phones
-
I hadn’t blogged for a while; but yesterday I wrote one and published it. I sent out e-mails to my followers with the link to my blog. The just had to click on the site I provided. I have been hearing that if they tried to open it on their cell phones, they only got a blank page. So I tried it. If I tried to access my blog on my cell phone, I only got a blank page. If I accessed it within my e-mail, I went directly to my blog. I finally attached the Word document where I originated the blog to the e-mail, and so far, people have been able to see it that way. What happened?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there,
Can you please paste the link from the email that’s opening a blank page here for me?
And just to confirm, these are the emails WordPress.com automatically sends out to your subscribers, not emails you’re sending yourself via a mailing list?

Here is my link.
https://wordpress.com/post/joanperr.wordpress.com/1027
These are e-mails that are sent to my personal list of followers. I include a note in the body of the e-mail, and I list the link and ask them to click on to go to my blog. I found that I could reach my blog from the e-mail if I do it on my computer. But if I open the link from my android cell phone, I just get a blank page.
I have no idea how to correct this.
Thanks for any help you can give me.
I don’t know what is happening when it is sent out automatically by wordpress.

Hi Joan,
This is actually your editor page… can you try giving them this link?

I looked at the top of the tool bar, and used the link that was listed. Where would I look to see the one you told me to use?
I sent out a test e-mail to a few of my readers and asked them to try it on their phones.
Thanks.
