Reclaim a Deleted Blog Username

  I would like to reclaim my formerly deleted blog username. Is there a way to reactivate or recreate it? I read that it is possible after a certain amount of time to reclaim a deleted blog name.

  Hey,

  Unfortunately , it appears that won’t be possible.

  <p>Once you change your username you will not be able to change it back and the old name will not be available for you or anyone to use</p>

  If you mean more specifically about the blog URL, read here in detail. They mention a blog name being available after being deleted 2 or more years.
