Dearest Technological Experts: I have two possible Email addresses to the above account which is my domain. However, I closed down the Yahoo account/s related to all of my Email addresses some time ago whenever I reduced and combined my author Emails to only several. I would actually like to be able to regain access to my account and shut down the above account as I am now a Barnes & Noble and Amazon author of books for children and young adults and the more journalistic stories of my old pseudonym of Loreto Eibhilann and under my birth name are no longer the genre related to my legal on-paper present author pseudonym of Ariel O’Suilleabhain. In short, how do I regain access to my account? Author Ariel O’Suilleabhain P.S. I have several usernames and a log in and other information that only I would know that should help.

    WP.com: Yes
    Correct account: Yes

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

What is the URL of the site you are taking about as we can’t see ‘the above site’?

Hi, please let us know your site’s address and -if you can remember- the username and email address associated with that WordPress.com account.

The name of the blog is mysteryshortstories.wordpress.com and I actually remembered a name used as part of one of my passcodes. I may have the spelling off a little, but it is a name only I would know & several user names. Again, only something that I would know. Even if someone tried to use the information of my birth name Julie Griffin to try to take over or hack my account, that can easily be tracked because the IP address I used in around 2012 is the same exact one now and only I would know that information too. That and the past log in codes. Only I would know the several possibilities of these and two additional related Email addresses which I alone closed out when I dropped down to one private EMail address and one business EMail, none of which are the EMail show publicly on the mystery short stories blog. I gave some of these information out to someone who sent a message earlier. I thought they were staff. But I am beginning to think they were not. Fortunately, while I gave them some information behind the basis of my stories each fiction story written based on a true life event, some my own such as the son-in-law story and the Mayhem story only I and some, some several famous persons who know me would know the meaning and basis behind these stories that a hacker would not know, that and several of my possible user names and past passcodes which are very unique. Author Ariel O’Suilleabhain. (email visible only to moderators and staff). P.S. To hackers. I won’t give you my private info in an Email when you Email if I see you are not WordPress staff.

    Hi there,

Since you no longer have access to the email potentially connected to the account you want to close, we’re going to recommend reaching out to our Account Recovery Team which best handles situations such as these. You can reach them at passwordhelp@wordpress.com. And no worries, only staff can view the email that you provided.

    Thank you!
