Reclaim expired domain

    Hi,

    This is regarding my domain which I have purchased via wordpress for 10 years now.

    I forgot to update my card and now my website is down, I followed all the instructions in reclaiming it but there doesn’t seem to be a way to restore my purchase or reclaim it for an extra fee, it also doesn’t seem to be released/ available to buy. I would like to buy it back and get it up and running asap.

    If you agree to pay the redemption (late renewal fee) along with the domain name renewal fee, we can email you the payment request. Once that is processed, we can try to get the domain name back for you. Sounds good?
