Reclaiming a domain

    My domain has expired and is in the Redemption Period. It does not show up under my purchase section. How do I get it back?

    Note that to get your domain back there is an $80.00 redemption fee required in addition to the normal renewal cost.

    Thank you for the response. The admin panel does not offer the option to redeem the domain. I missed the emails from you about the renewal as we’ve since transferred master admin to a different email but neglected to move this. I’m a little worried about the timing ICANN lists the domain registry as expired just over 6 weeks ago.
