Reclaiming a reserved address?

  I tried to create a blog using an address that contained my name, but the one I requested is said to be reserved. A site using that address, however, does not exist. Are there steps I can take that may help me be able to use this address?

  No, the blog’s address is reserved by a user who registered with the same username.
