I can see that you were refunded in full when you canceled your subscriptions along with the domain. We can restore the domain for you, but you’ll need to pay again for the domain.
Can you tell us if you’d like to use the domain with your WordPress.com site or with a different hosting service provider? I ask because you’ll need a paid plan to be able to set a custom domain as primary. You’ll get the first year’s domain registration fees included with a yearly paid plan. So you can upgrade the site to a yearly paid plan here and we can restore the domain for you using the free domain credits you will get with the plan.
Alternatively, if you only want to restore the domain to use it with a different hosting service provider, please pay the $18 domain registration fee via the link we’ve just emailed you. Let us know here after you’ve paid and we’ll restore the domain for you.
There’s a short period before we can’t restore the domain anymore, so please take one of the steps above as soon as you can.
