Reclaiming our domain name

  Hi! We bought a domain with you that has expired http://www.dianesflowersbydesign.com
  Your email says to log in to renew it but we can’t see a way to do that anywhere. We urgently need to reclaim this name as it is printed on all of our business cards etc.
  We are getting emails from people offering to do it everyday but would like to go through you to buy the domain and transfer to our new site.
  Can you help?

  To add to this. None of the support provided by WordPress is relevant since when we log into our account we see no previous purchases etc despite receiving emails from WordPress regarding those purchases and that account.
