Hi there,
Can you tell me the URL of the site you’re looking for?
The
khoanguyen94account you used to post here only owns two sites, http://khoanguyen94.wordpress.com/ and https://khoabba12.wordpress.com/. This account has never owned any other sites, nor has it had any self-hosted WordPress sites connected that I can see. -
Hi Kokkieh it is https://khoainsydney.wordpress.com/
I have the slightest idea how the back end works between Word press account, domain and webpage. However, what happened was I used to write on this URL that ends in “.com”. I then changed it to customised “.me”. At one point the customised domain expired and I didnt renew it.After a long while when I came back, I lost access to the this khoainsydney page.

Hi there,
I was able to find the account that the site is under and see that there was a custom domain once connected to it.

If you can find it, you can use the transaction ID on your bank statement from when you purchased the upgrade to submit the account recovery form.
