    After subscribing to the personal rate plan, the payment is completed and it is not applied after the site is restored.

    Hey there @sky00x , all recent payments on this account were refunded. I’m not sure I understand — are you trying to add a personal plan again?

This is a recent cancellation of an upgrade to a business plan. The subscription that was approved for ‘imhkpcom.wordpress.com’ has disappeared, so I want to apply it again.

    Hi there,

    I checked your account and discovered that you had initially purchased a two-year Personal for which you haven’t received a refund. So, I restore that plan on your site.

    Just make sure to add a payment method for that plan to automatically renew when it’s time. You can do that on your Payments page.
