recommend a plugin

  • Add topic to favorites

  I need to do the following on my site:
  Have a list of topics
  A visitor can select a topic
  Once he selects the topic – he gets an email saying he choose that topic
  The topic disappears from the list.

  Each topic can only be taken by one user.

  When all the topics are taken a new list is created (identical to the previous one).

  Is there a plugin that does this?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Since using plugins here requires a paid Business Plan, you’re not likely to find many folks who can offer a recommendation.
