Recommendations – Improve stats in 'Insights' tab, show visits to uploaded files etc

  Greetings.

  I have 2 recommendations to make in order to improve stats of a page in wordpress.com .
  1) You may show:
  visits to files and documents which are uploaded in wordpress (not only clicks to them within website) and
  number of downloads of these files too.
  2) You may add total views per country and
  total views per post and page and
  total views and downloads per uploaded document
  in ‘Insights’ tab.

  Ok. That’s nice.

  What do you think about my 2 recommendations?
  I think they are important proposals.
  Could you discuss them with the wordpress team and then inform me if you are planning to implement them or not?

  I submitted the suggestions to our internal ideas P2 where we keep track of all proposed ideas from users and vote on whether to move forward with the idea. There’s no timetable for when a voting takes place.

  However, if I hear back regarding the vote, I’ll be sure to let you know.
