Recommendations Needed (Improving Speed)

  Does anyone have any recommendations for site speed?

  Our speed is slower than desired. We’re utilizing Jetpack, but it’s not giving us the results we want…

  We’ve done all of the other standard things (i.e. image optimization, plug-in updates, etc.) It is particularly bad on mobile but is relatively fine on desktop.

  Hello there,

  My first recommendation would be to deactivate either Jetpack Boost or Page Optimize since it’s not recommend to use both at the same time.

  Please let us know if the issue persists after testing and we’ll recheck the site.

  Page Optimize has been deactivated with Boost still active. We’re seeing a mobile score of 31 and desktop score of 52 via the scores in boost. This is roughly 2 points better than before.

  Thanks for the update. Try swapping out Boost for Page Optimize next, and please let us know how it goes. If that doesn’t result in an improvement we can do a deeper dive into this issue for you.
