Recommended plugins for email opt-in/email collection (based on # pages viewed)

I’m currently looking into the best plugins for email collection & opt-ins. Ideally, I’d like to have one in which I can experiment with behaviour sides – most ones I’ve found while searching has been primarily time-based (i.e. show after someone’s spent X amount of seconds on a page) & exit-intent based.
What I’d like is one that allows for the previous two – time and exit-intent, but also can be based on # pages viewed.
Recommendations would be very appreciated!
