  You should be be able to reconnect just by going into wp-admin, clicking on Jetpack, and choosing to connect.

  If you get an error, go to https://jetpack.com/support/debug/ to diagnose connectivity issues. You can usually work these out with your web host.

  If you’ve done all that and you’re still having trouble, please let us know the domain you’re trying to connect so we can see what’s going on from our side.
