Reconnect JetPack and Lost Site Access

Hello,
As the owner of the site, I discovered that the connection with JetPack was interrupted. In the process of attempting to restore the JetPack connection, I unfortunately lost access to both my paid subscription and the site itself.I’ve started the account recovery process and submitted a support ticket but have not heard back.
Any advice or assistance is appreciated.

I had the same problem. By email, no one responded to me. After 24 hours, I went to Chat (which was available, not always the case) and the problem was resolved in less than 10 minutes.
Go to https://wordpress.com/me, search for the Help Center (?) and check if the chat is available.Best of luck.

Thanks, I’m trying but with no success. It’s incredible the service level in this hosting. I’ve never seen that. Two days without a response. I’ve never seen so bad service.
