    Hi there,

    What is the URL of the site you’re speaking of?

    If it’s a WordPress site you have hosted somewhere else, and used to have connected via Jetpack, you’ll need to log into the WP-Admin dashboard on your site. Make sure the Jetpack plugin is installed and activated, then click on Jetpack in the dashboard menu, and follow the prompts to connect the plugin to your WordPress.com account.
