Reconnecting Email to Website

    We switched our hosting from a shared IP to a dedicated IP in Hostgator, and when we updated our DNS our website stopped properly connecting to our domain/email addresses. We were looking for help remapping that path from the existing form to our domain. Specifically, we need this connected for our ‘Contact Us’ form, all of the settings are correct in the plugin settings (Gravity Form) and they work with other emails, but not our admin email.

    Hi there,
    What is the domain URL of the site in reference? The only site I see under your WordPress.com account has no content (http://chocolateshoppeicecreamtest.wordpress.com/).

    If the site is hosted with Hostgator, I would recommend contacting them, as they would be able to assist you with your DNS settings since they have access to your account.

    To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities, but the essential difference is that we don’t have access to all WordPress sites, only ones hosted on our WordPress.com servers. For more information, please see the following:
