Reconnecting Jetpack

Hi WordPress Support,
I’m attempting to resubscribe to Jetpack for my company’s blog: blog.optimal-partners.com. When using WordPress.com, however, ‘My Site’ sends me to an old staging site rather than the live blog.
It suggests I ‘Please check your Primary Site’s Jetpack connection’ but that’s what I’m attempting to do already.
Is there something I’m missing?

Hey there @optimalpartners , you’ll want to log into blog.optimal-partners.com/wp-admin and try reconnecting Jetpack there. If that does not work, can you ask your host for help with troubleshooting the connection? This may help, too.
I have also seen some cases where that error shows when it shouldn’t, due to a browser issue — it usually happens in Chrome. I can confirm the site isn’t connecting properly right now, but if you see on the wp-admin side that it has connected properly and it still isn’t showing as connected here, try logging out and back in again.
