Reconnecting my apps

How do I reconnect my Apps? I clicked on them, not knowing that it would remove them. Is there a single button that will place them back on my site?

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Good question. Since I don’t remember placing any apps on my blog, I’m not quite what I disconnected (crazy, I know). I do think that one of the apps was the Akismet app–I use this app for my wordpress.org site, so it may have inadvertently connected to my wordpress.com blog. I do remember seeing the Akismet app name under My Apps for this blog. The other app, from what I can remember, had to do with wordpress itself. The name of the app was wordpress ‘something’; I’m not sure (sad face). That’s why I was hoping that there is a button that I can push to bring them back.

    Can you help?

Not without more information. Akismet is automatically enabled on all WP.com blogs. It sounds like you’re talking about plugins, and you must be talking about a blog NOT hosted on WordPress.com, since WP.com blogs can’t use plugins. If that’s the case, you need to be at WordPress.ORG for help with that.

Nope, I’m referring to apps. I was on the My Apps page under Settings on my blog-on wordpress.com-when I disconnected the apps. I guess if something doesn’t start to go haywire, or if everything continues to work right, I won’t worry about it.

Thanks for getting back with me anyway:)

There is no My Apps page under Settings on my blog at least.

Exactly what is the URL of the blog with the Aps that you are asking about?

that will sort out quickly if you are in the correct forum or not
