reconnecting wordpress site to domain

    I had a wordpress site made for me last year and recently repurchased my domain name. I was told I need A records and C name to reconnect my site to my domain how to a find this so I can reconnect my site?

    That’s great to hear you’ve repurchased your domain! You can connect it to your WordPress.com site by manually adding our A and CNAME records to your domain’s DNS settings. This guide walks you through the exact steps: Connect a Domain (Alternative Method).

    That said, I did take a quick look and saw that your site is currently on the Free plan. Just a heads-up: while you can connect your domain, only paid plans allow you to set it as the primary site address (so visitors see your domain name instead of the default WordPress.com one).
