Record sharing with NHS app !!

Hi , I’m trying to share my data to the NHS website, I called 911 and they told me the problem is with your GB but my GB didn’t do anything, it keeps telling me every time that it has nothing to do with the NHS app, ! and that all it can do is in the Airmid UK app!!! I have been trying to find a solution for more than a month!!!! I will be traveling this week and I have to get my vaccination proof from the NHS app or website but no record found!! I’m tired of this!!!!!! Each one says to the other he is the problem ???!!! what can I do !! Is the normal !!! I couldn’t find anyone who helped me, they all say the same thing! NHS support telling me your GB the problem , and my GB says we can do nothing with NHS app or website!! ALL I NEED SEE MY DATA IN NHS WEBSITE THATS EVERYTHING
