Do you mean you want visitors to be able to contact you with an audio recording or you want to post some audio yourself and have people notified by email?
If it’s the former you can either make public your email address and ask them to send you it as an attachment (just make sure you scan any attachments for viruses). Or you could set up a contact form then ask your visitors to upload their audio file elsewhere (like Soundcloud) and then include the link in the contact form so you can listen to it where it’s hosted.
If you want to post audio yourself you can either upload it if you’re on one of the top tier plans or embed it from elsewhere, more details can be found on the audio support page.

thank you halluke, what I want is to have people to be able to record directly their voice when they read the info on my website. the recording of their voice will be then analysed and the report will be send to them . of course, they can record themselves their voice and then send it to my email … but I am trying to make it easier fro them, especially for all people having no personal iPhone and no personal computer.

There’s no way of automating that with a WordPress.com site. I’d suggest getting people to register with an audio hosting website, recording and uploading their voice clip and then submitting the link to where it’s hosted through your contact form. It’s a bit labour intensive but I can’t think of a better way.
Either that or set up a voicemail phone line and then make the phone number public so people can phone in their voice clips. I think you can even do this with a Skype account.
