recover a blog

  I helped my mum to install her blog on wordpress.org. Originally her blog was http://www.charlottepoulsen.eu/WordPress3/. I seem to have succeeded to install it on .org since http://www.charlottepoulsen.eu/WordPress3/ now points at http://www.charlottepoulsen.eu/. BUT the problem is that I exported an XML file which seems uncomplete. She used to have images an texts and layouts, but now she only has this random welcom page. The PROBLEM is that I can not access the old http://www.charlottepoulsen.eu/WordPress3/ anymore an get to download all the work that had been done there. What can I do to get her blog back? (I remember the XML file I originaly downloaded was of a tiny size -6ko- and I was surprised, but since I do not have skills with this process, I thougt this might be normal somehow…). If anyone can give me a good advise, I ll appreciate very much.

  Hello, many thanks for your answer. And sorry about the confusion. I am writing from my personnal WordPress.com account since I am not able to enter my mothers old WordPress.com account… It is true that her site has now been moved to OVH, WordPress.org in France with this result: http://www.charlottepoulsen.eu/
  Our problem is to be able to find access to her original blog, which in my belief was hosted by WordPress.com (we used to login threw this website:http://wordpress.com), so we can download her full blog to import it to her… but we seem to have lost trace of the way to access it… would you have any idea have to find it again?

  Have you attempted to log into WordPress.com with your mother’s email address or user name? If she cannot recall her password, click on this link to recover it:

  http://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword

  If she had a site on WordPress.com, once she’s able to log into her account, she should be able to see her blogs there.
